Looking for a home to board a horse? Kiefer Ranch offers two boarding options to best suite your needs.

With both the facility owners on-premise and staff members on-site, horse owners can be assured their horses are checked frequently and their care is closely supervised. We offer multiple, very spacious paddocks and five 12 x 24 stalls with private runs and rubber mat flooring.

Horses are fed high-quality hay three times a day. Stalls are cleaned daily, and each stall is provided with its own private run that can be closed off or remain open at your discretion. Horses are blanketed by the staff as needed in the winter, and trailer parking is available for boarders. We schedule regular visits from farriers and veterinarians.

When boarding a horse here, owners have access to an outdoor arena for riding enjoyment in addition to multiple outdoor trails and a round pen.

In addition, we offer horse training and lessons for all who are interested.

Located near Melissa, Texas, the ranch is a boarding and lesson facility that has proudly been operating since 2010. We are a family-friendly barn offering stall boarding, dry lots, a lit arena, a round pen, access to a 120-acre jump field and riding trails, and an on-site instructor with experience teaching all age groups and levels.
